How do I book a driving lesson?+
Browse instructors on the Find Instructors page, select a time slot that suits you, and complete payment. Your booking is confirmed instantly.
Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?+
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Within 24 hours no refund applies. Use My Bookings in your dashboard.
Can I choose an automatic or manual car?+
Yes. Use the transmission filter on the Find Instructors page to show only automatic or only manual instructors.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are secure and processed instantly.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Trainers
Are your instructors verified?+
Yes. Every instructor on Happy2Drive holds a valid WA driving instructor licence and has passed our onboarding review before being listed.
How do I become a driving instructor on Happy2Drive?+
Visit the For Trainers page and click Apply Now. You will need a valid WA driving instructor licence and complete our onboarding process.
